SIMPLICITY Continuous Gravimetric Blenders are easy to install, configure, operate, and maintain.  SIMPLICITY uses maintenance-free vibratory feeders to provide simultaneous metering of all components, eliminating the need for mechanical mixing and consistently producing the desired blend.  A color touchscreen provides the operator with an easy-to-use interface and built-in help screens.  The controller is highly accurate and reliable to assure total system functionality and integration.

Feeder Options

Continuous vibratory feeders ensure that material is fed consistently and at the desired rate.  Cordless feeder design makes it easy to change out or clean feeders, and ensures that the correct feeder is feeding the correct material.

ABS Liquid Feeders use precise and compact Mass Flow Meters and Controllers, based on the Coriolis measuring principle. Designed to cover the needs of the low flow market, this model provides flow ranges from 0.06 pph to 25 pph. The SC Series controller provides closed loop control of the flow rate by reading the meter feedback and adjusting the motor/pump speed to maintain setpoint.

Liquid Dosers

Designed to feed a variety of powders including calcium carbonate and talc, ABS Powder Feeders feature continuous gravimetric loss-in-weight technology. They fully integrate with ABS controls, and can be added to any ABS Blender.

Weigh Hopper material discharge allows for extrusion control on a flood-fed system.  Weigh Hoppers are  available on all blender sizes, with a regrind option available on the S2 and S3 Blenders.

Vacuum Take-Off allows the blender to be mounted off-line on the floor or remotely.  It is available in five sizes, for all four blender sizes.

Remote Pressure Convey allows the blender to be mounted remotely, without blend segregation.  Optional VFD allows the rotary airlock to be run at optimal efficiency.  Remote Pressure Convey is available up to 7000 pph*.  (*All rates are estimates.  Actual rates may vary based on material type and run conditions.)
