By enrolling in our Remote Support Program, Advanced Blending Solutions can access your systems, perform diagnostics and resolve softer/control issues from our service and technical support locations, getting you back and up running as quickly as possible.

Rates & Terms

  • Hourly rates Weekdays to 4 pm CST: $150 - Software/Controls Engineer
  • Hourly rates off hours 4 pm CST to 8 am CST and Weekends: $200 - Software/Controls Engineer
  • 20 hour block of time: $2,500
  • 50 hour block of time: $5,000
  • 100 hour block of time: $9,000

Terms and Conditions

  • There will be a 2 hour minimum charge to open a case. This applies to both hourly and blocks of time.
  • Time over and above the 2 hour minimum will be invoiced according to the above rates. After 2 hour minimum, time will be rounded up to the nearest 15 minute interval for less than 1 hour of time.

Block time is used as follows:

  • Weekdays 8 am CST to 4 pm CST = 1 hour per hour of service.
  • 15 minute intervals after 2 hour minimum.
  • After hours/Weekends/Holidays
    • After hours 4 pm CST to 8 am CST = 1.25 hours per hour of service.
    • Saturday = 1.25 hours per hour of service.
    • Sunday and Holidays = 1.5 hours per hour of service.
  • 15 minute intervals after 2 hour minimum.
  • Blocks of time have a 3 year expiration from the date of purchase.
  • After each use a report will be sent containing all items found, resolved, and any follow-up actions that may be required. It will also have time used and remaining time if customer has a block hour plan.
  • Time can only be used for remote support. On site field service will fall under a different rate plan.
  • Time estimates can be given but are only estimates. Support will be invoiced in accordance with the actual time required and the above minimum amounts time intervals.
  • Payment of remote service support is payable upon receipt.

A purchase order is required for remote service that requires a remote connection to a customer's system. This does not apply if a Block hour plan is in place.
