Continuous Blenders
The "SIMPLICITY" Continuous Gravimetric Resin Blender by Advanced Blending Solutions is a new innovation that far surpasses today's technology. The name SIMPLICITY is derived from its ease of installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance. The SIMPLICITY uses industry proven off-the-shelf components like maintenance free vibratory feeders. These feeders perform simultaneous metering of all components, eliminating the need for mechanical mixing, while consistently producing the desired blend. A color touch screen provides the operator an easy to use interface with built in help screens. The off-the-shelf controller is highly accurate and reliable to assure total system functionality and integration.

S3 blender Shown here is a mezzanine mount Advanced Blending Solutions 6 component Simplicity 3 blender. This blender is designed for high throughputs and works very well for regrind/sheet applications. Blender rates of 10,000 pph can be achieved with this blender. Powder feeders can also be purchased and integrated into this blender. Door enclosures optional.
S2 Blender Shown here is a mezzanine mount Advanced Blending Solutions 6 component Simplicity 2 blender. This blender is designed for applications of up to 2,500 pph and works well for pellet or friendly regrind materials. Powder feeders can also be purchased and integrated into the blender. Door enclosures optional.
S1 Blender Shown here is a mezzanine mount Advanced Blending Solutions 6 component Simplicity 1 blender. This blender is degned for up to 1,000 pph and works well for pellet materials. Powder feeders can also be purchased and integrated into the blender. Door enclosures optional.
SX Blender Shown here is a mezzanine mount Advanced Blending Solutions 6 component Simplicity X blender. This blender is designed for up to 500 pph and works well for pellet materials. Powder feeders can also be purchased and integrated into the blender. Door enclosures optional.

S3 2nd mounting configuration Shown here is a remote mount option for the S3 blender family. This is used for continuous applications where it is desirable to separate the blender from the extruder and convey the material in such a way that there will be no segregation. This solution works well to keep the congestion and piping away from the extruder throat and in a more convenient location.
S3 3rd mounting configuration Shown here is a Floor Mount Vacuum Take-off option for the S3 blender family. This is used for applications where some material segregation during the transport can be tolerated. This configuration common for systems where there is a central blender feeding multiple extruders.
S2 2nd mounting configuration Shown here is a remote mount option for the S2 blender family. This is used for continuous applications where it is desirable to separate the blender from the extruder and convey the material in such a way that there will be no segregation. This solution works well to keep the congestion and piping away from the extruder throat and in a more convenient location.
S2 3rd mounting configuration Shown here is an extruder mount option for the S2 blender family. This is used in applications where there is space for mounting the blender to the extruder throat. This is the most cost effective configuration for applications requiring continuous operation where starve feed is not required. This configuration contains an integral downcomer.
S2 4th mounting configuration Shown here is a Floor Mount Vacuum Take-off option for the S2 blender family. This is used for applications where some material segregation during the transport can be tolerated. This configuration common for systems where there is a central blender feeding multiple extruders.
S1 2nd mounting configuration Shown here is a remote mount option for the S1 blender family. This is used for continuous applications where it is desirable to separate the blender from the extruder and convey the material in such a way that there will be no segregation. This solution works well to keep the congestion and piping away from the extruder throat and in a more convenient location.
S1 3rd mounting configuration Shown here is an extruder mount option for the S1 blender family. This is used in applications where there is space for mounting the blender to the extruder throat. This is the most cost effective configuration for applications requiring continuous operation where starve feed is not required. This configuration contains an integral downcomer.
S1 4th mounting configuration Shown here is a Floor Mount Vacuum Take-off option for the S1 blender family. This is used for applications where some material segregation during the transport can be tolerated. This configuration common for systems where there is a central blender feeding multiple extruders.
SX 2nd mounting configuration Shown here is a remote mount option for the SX blender family. This is used for continuous applications where it is desirable to separate the blender from the extruder and convey the material in such a way that there will be no segregation. This solution works well to keep the congestion and piping away from the extruder throat and in a more convenient location.
SX 3rd mounting configuration Shown here is an extruder mount option for the SX blender family. This is used in applications where there is space for mounting the blender to the extruder throat. This is the most cost effective configuration for applications requiring continuous operation where starve feed is not required. This configuration contains an integral downcomer.
SX 4th mounting configuration Shown here is a Floor Mount Vacuum Take-off option for the SX blender family. This is used for applications where some material segregation during the transport can be tolerated. This configuration common for systems where there is a central blender feeding multiple extruders.
